We established four primary design requirements that supported her personal style and health: Access points - Accessing self care from Marci’s wheelchair was a necessity. Aesthetics - Marci did not like dresses and stated, “I just want to wear pants!” Wheelchair - clothing that did not bunch up in her wheelchair was important for comfort, to maintain condition of her clothing, and to look presentable.
